Ms. Pickrum is responsible for managing The RLJ Companies portfolio, including strategic partnerships, M&A, business strategy, operations and finance. Ms. Pickrum earned her law degree from Stanford University, her masters degree in finance and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and her bachelor's degree from Vassar College.

Denise C. Gordon, Vice President

Northern Trust Global Investments

Ms. Gordon is responsible for the financial management of Northern Trust Company’s asset management division, including management reporting, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting. Ms. Gordon earned her M.B.A in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and her B.S. in Finance from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.
